"Jeff and I got engaged in April 2016 and of course I immediately wanted to start planning the wedding. We both agreed we wanted to have our ceremony near the water. I found the Wedding Wire website and started looking at venues. I saw the White Eagle and had never heard of it, but loved the pictures I had seen. I called and talked to Kalie to make an appointment to come look at the venue. It was beautiful and Jeff and I agreed that it was the place we were going to get married. We fell in love with the chandelier room and loved the pond. Another perk with this venue was the cabins that were right there on the property for ourselves and our guests to stay in the night of the wedding and the Teepee room to use after the reception for an after party. Kalie was great right from the start. She was very professional, informative and accommodating. Anytime I had questions she was quick with a response. The night before the wedding we had rehearsal at the White Eagle and Kalie was there to be sure all the details for the wedding were perfect. The day of the wedding Kalie and her staff went above and beyond to be sure our special day was perfect from the ceremony all the way to the after party in the Teepee room. Our guests gave many compliments about the venue and the staff. A great time was had by all and Jeff and I know that we made the best choice in choosing the White Eagle as our venue for our wedding.
