We offer a variety of serving options for catered events including buffets, stations, sit-down plated service, and sit-down family-style.

Buffet ⤏ Food is set up on tables and guests move through in a line to serve themselves

Stations ⤏ Similar to a buffet, but with different tables set up around the event space with attendants serving a specific option (for example a meat carving station or pasta bar)

Plated Service ⤏ Guests are served each course while seated at their table

Family-Style ⤏ Guests serve themselves from large shared platters at their table

We also offer multiple options for hors d'oeuvres, which can be passed or stationary.
