Days of Discovery – Factory Tour & Waterfalls
Tour the working factory that once produced “Oneida” brand flatware and visit the historical site where the Oneida name and history are commemorated. Mix in two accessible waterfalls and you’re in for two exciting days of discovery.
Day 1:
Oneida Community Mansion House
Discover the reformed residence of the Utopian Oneida Community (1848-1880), whose members shared all aspects of their lives and work. This National Historic Landmark comprises four nineteenth century buildings situated on 33 acres of landscaped lawns and gardens. Collections include family portraits, historical photographs, period furniture, braided tapestries, books, Community-designed clothing and more.
Liberty Tabletop
Tour the factory that once produced flatware for “Oneida Limited,” the company that arose from the ashes of the Oneida Community. Now the only manufacturer of flatware in the United States of America, Liberty Tabletop creates a variety of patterns designed to satisfy almost any taste. All items are produced using the finest quality American stainless steel.

Day 2:
International Boxing Hall of Fame
See exciting and unique displays including robes, gloves and hand wraps worn by boxing greats plus inductee plaques on the Hall of Fame Wall. Touch the world-famous Madison Square Garden Ring—where Joe Frazier and Muhammed Ali fought the "Fight of the Century" on March 8, 1971.
Chittenango Falls State Park
View the 167-foot waterfalls from the accessible overlook or hike to the bottom of the gorge.
Delphi Falls County Park
Discover one of the newest publicly accessible waterfalls in America! Opened in August 2018, the park contains two waterfalls and surrounding woodland. Currently, the falls are accessible for viewing from the bottom via a stone dust path.
Dinner at Meier's Creek Brewing Company
As you walk in, take a peek into the brewing facility through a wall of floor to ceiling windows. Then, sit and enjoy a variety of elevated American fare while tasting the latest release. This site is where the brewing and bottling takes place, as well as where the 16-tap taproom, three-season patio, and beer garden are located. A visit is not complete without venturing through the 22-acre property that features a hop field, 18 hole disc golf course, an active apiary, a path to the Burlingame trail network of walking, hiking, and snowshoeing trails, and, during the colder months, a view of Cazenovia lake.
