5PM Hoppy Hour - Come early for beer and wine before dinner
6PM Chef Alicyn Hart will serve her carefully crafted farm-to-table dishes with family-style seating and suggested beer pairings. The evening will round out with a sweet treat.
Choice of 1st Course:
-PEI Mussels in coconut red curry broth with lime & cilantro
-Sunchoke Salad w/ chickpeas, scarlet turnips & tahini dressing
-Oyster Mushroom Crêpe w/ bourbon cream & scallions
Choice of Entrée:
-Fresh Fettucine: housemade semolina pasta, gulf shrimp, loose
chorizo sausage & saffron-tomato jus (can be made vegetarian)
-Citrus Duck Breast: NY-raised Muscovy duck breast, toasted
barley & nut meats, and warm citrus salad w/ bitter greens
-Beef Entrecôte: seared boneless filet of beef, caramelized
shallots, celeriac mash & marrow butter
Choice of Dessert:
-Crème Caramel w/ Annie caramel sauce & poached pear
-Chocolate Truffle Torte w/ 60 cacao Belgian Chocolate,
almond crust & crème anglaise
We are closed for business on Wednesdays, so these are private suppers with a fixed menu. Ticket Price includes taxes & service charge, but does not include drinks.
