Madison County Historical Society’s 7th Annual Cottage Lawn Farmers’ Market May 25, 2021- August 31, 2021

The Madison County Historical Society's 7th Annual Cottage Lawn Farmers' Market held on the Historical Society’s grounds located at 435 Main Street in Oneida features fresh local, seasonal produce, cheese, honey, maple products, artisan bread and pastries, poultry, lamb, eggs, soaps, lotions, yarn, wool, fresh-cut flowers, fudge, cookies, small gifts, candles, jewelry, food trucks, and much more!

There are 15 weeks of the market-May 25; June 1, 8,15, 22,29;July 6, 13, 20, 27; and August 3,10, 17, 24, 31.

There are a variety of farmers, artisans, independent consultants, food trucks, and food vendors participating. Participating at the market are: Stone Brothers Farm and Greenhouses of Canastota, 7 Trees Dairy Goats of Canastota, Choose Life Farm of Symrna, Flora and Fauna Farm of Oneida, Scratch Bakehouse of Syracuse, Bob Faduski's Wooden Trivets of Oneida, Blooms and Blossoms of Oneida, Joan Kimball-The Palm Reading Lady of Rome, Debbie's Gift World of Cicero, S & D Krafts of Eaton, Pirelli's Designs of Syracuse, C & F Crafts of Rome, Forever Sage of Canastota, Mix it Up Creations LLC of Canastota, Lori’s $5 Bling Boutique of Canastota, Oscar's Gourmet Steak and Crab of Hamilton, BBQ Isle 2 of New York Mills, and Rossi's Catering Company of Canastota.

The Cottage Lawn Farmers' Market will once again welcome New York State Farmers' Market Nutrition Program Checks in 2021. The New York State Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) consists of two programs: the Women, Infants, and Children Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (WIC FMNP) and the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP). Those who are eligible for these programs are provided checks to redeem for fresh, local fruits and vegetables at participating farmers' markets and farm stands.

We hope to offer themed events, guided house tours, and weekly storytelling provided by the Oneida Public Library. If COVID-19 measures need to be taken, then the market will do its part to reduce the spread of COVID-19 by modifying how the market will operate to safeguard the community. Please help us to stop the spread of COVID-19 by wearing a face covering when you are on the Historical Society’s grounds.
